The program supports two telemetry formats: VLSI serial mode and UOSAT AX.25 mode. VLSI serial mode is only used in the initial commissioning of the satellite, before the OBC186 is up and running. After that, we switch over to the AX.25 mode, which is the same as that documented previously for UO-14
